Halls Harbour - Part 3

Halls Harbour is one of the "hot spots" for tourists visiting the Annapolis Valley.
It has: a restaurant that serves fresh cooked lobster,

a beautiful fishing boat dock,

and lots of wonderful places to take some great photos.

Not to mention a beautiful view.

Relaxing with the Grandparents

Grampie really enjoys spending time with MacKenzie. She certainly loves her Grampie too.

Nana and MacKenzie having a blast.

She Sells Seashells by the Sea Shore

While we were home we went to some of my favorite beaches.

This is called Evangeline Beach

It has a red mud beach - as far as the eye can see.

The Bay of Fundy has some of the highest tides in the whole world. So when the tide goes out the beach seems to go on forever. When the tide comes in there is no beach at all.

Chow Time

Kenzie's breakfast seems to be a little tart.

Visiting PE's Parents in Truro

We did alot of very important things while we were visiting Grammie and Grampie in Truro. This is MacKenzie's first time eating chocolate. Leave it to Grammie for the important experiences.
Kenzie and Grampie Kaj hanging out.

Reading books with her cousins

Clapping for the presentation by Daddy, Aunt Kilah and Uncle Cory.

Digging with daddy for the necessary Lego pieces to create the perfect spaceship for Erik.

Video - Dancing On Deck

MacKenzie loves to dance!

Whenever there is music playing she just starts moving and grooving.

Hit the Deck

June 5-16th 2009 - MacKenzie and I went home to Nova Scotia for a visit.
Nana and MacKenzie spent alot of time hanging out on the deck.

Then we spent some time catching up with some friends,

followed by more time with Nana and Grampie.

Video - Bouncy Baby

May 31st 2009 - MacKenzie just loves to bounce. On the couch, on the bed, on the trampoline - just about anywhere she can.

Upsidedown Baby

May 31st 2009 - We were just beening silly and playing on the couch

Blankie cuddles

May 31st 2009 - MacKenzie is so active that the only time I can get a cuddle is when I have her sleeping blanket. A mommy's gotta do what a mommy's gotta do.

Honey is sweet, but not as sweet as you!

May 28th 2009 - Our Friday morning mom's prayer group went for a walk at Boulevard Lake Park. MacKenzie is snacking on one of her favorite treats, rice crackers! Do you like rice cakes Onyx?

My Birthday

May 27th 2009 - For my birthday PE took me out for supper at the Keg followed by a walk at Mission Island Marsh Conservatory. In the background you can see Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. It's kind hard to tell from this angle, but it really does look like a sleeping giant.

Let the Sun Shine In

May 23rd 2009 - Our good friends Paul and Stephanie were hanging out with us for the afternoon. They are completely in love with MacKenzie and take every opportunity the can to play with her. She loves to play with Paul's glasses and put her cute little fingerprints all over them.
The sun was shining through our picture window in the living room. It made for some beautiful pictures.

STRIKE!!!!!

May 16th 2009 - Our bible study group went bowling to wrap up our "Seeking Him" study.
MacKenzie isn't that much bigger than the ball,

it's a good thing we weren't playing 10 pin!
